OPERA is a system. A system that aims to reimagine what an emergency alert system should be and how people can take it upon themselves to prepare and act in the time of emergency. However through the process of developing this platform we have learned a bit about human nature... if nothing else we have learned that only a rare breed proactively prepares for potential Armageddon. Because of this we have taken it upon ourselves to develop an app that helps everyone from the three stooges to Stephan Hawking.
